• Shift Time: Days
• Shift Hours: 10 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, 1 year of ambulatory (potentially emergency department) or inpatient experience, and proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Additional information: Must be comfortable working with computers, have telehealth and case management experience, and be within a reasonable driving distance to the call center in Fontana, CA. Onboarding and tech issue resolution require in-center presence.
• Certifications required: BLS
• Schedule: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, starting from 11/02/2026 through 05/03/2027.
• Submission process: Candidates must be able to work at the Fontana call center as required.
