• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of Step Down experience
• Cardiac care proficiency
• Electrocardiogram (EKG) comfort
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Michigan nursing license
• Willingness to accept a travel assignment
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
• Provides care for patients receiving percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, stents, transcatheter aortic valve replacement, MitraClip procedures, and biventricular pacemakers.
• Cares for patients approximately 18–24 hours after open-heart surgery.
• Supports patients with congestive heart failure and electrophysiology studies.
• Assignment dates are 11/02/2026 through 02/01/2027.
• A nursing skills checklist completed within one year of application is required.
• References are not required.
• The organization maintains a strict attendance policy for scheduled shifts.
