• Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a step-down setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH) certification
• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• Additional Information:
• Provides total patient care
• Typical patient ratio is 5:1, with occasional assignments of 6:1
• Unit capacity is 28 beds
• Royal blue scrubs are required
• Electronic medical record documentation is used
• Holiday coverage is required; time-off requests may be discussed
