Job Summary Step Down Unit Registered Nurse position requiring acute care experience in progressive care or medical-surgical telemetry settings. The assignment supports care delivery based on the clinician’s skills and the greatest operational need, with potential placement in progressive care or medical-surgical telemetry. Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive care or medical-surgical telemetry acute care experience.
- Travel nursing experience.
- Completion of the Registered Nurse Step Down (Progressive Care Unit) specialty examination and required skills validation.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information:
- Contract length may range from 13 to 26 weeks.
- Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage is required.
- Assignment may be in a progressive care or medical-surgical telemetry unit based on clinical skills and operational need.
