Operating Room Tech / Surgical Technician/Operating Rm Tech

Job Summary Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician responsible for supporting surgical procedures across adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient populations. The position includes day shifts, operating room and endoscopy support, and overnight weekday and weekend call coverage. Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; assignment dates are 11/23/2026 through 02/22/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification; compact license in hand at submission; at least one year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems and a broad range of surgical procedures, including laparoscopic, orthopedic, gynecologic, gastrointestinal, urologic, otolaryngologic, and general surgery cases.
• Additional Information: Expected patient ratio is 1:1. Overnight weekday and weekend call is required, with a 30-minute response time. Operating room, endoscopy, and post-anesthesia care support may require callback response times ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. Weekend coverage is expected approximately one weekend every five to six weeks. Orientation includes 40 hours.
