Job Summary Sterile Processing Technician, Sterile Processing Tech. The position supports surgical services through the decontamination, packaging, sterilization, documentation, and delivery of instruments, materials, and equipment. The role also includes verifying equipment functionality and following established departmental guidelines and standards. Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week; no on-call coverage, holidays, or weekends.
- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience and prior travel assignment experience.
- Additional Information:
- Decontaminates, packages, sterilizes, and delivers instruments, materials, and equipment supporting surgical services.
- Documents sterilization processes.
- Ensures equipment functionality.
- Performs responsibilities under indirect supervision while following established departmental guidelines and standards.
