Job Summary Central Sterile Processing Technician - Sterile Processing Tech. The position provides sterile products and instruments to members of the healthcare team. The assignment involves rotating shifts, weekend and holiday rotations, and support for central sterile processing operations. Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; NICHSPDP certification; high school diploma or equivalent education; completion of an appropriate aide training program or a central technician program; ability to read, write, add, subtract, and read temperature gauges; 3–5 years of experience as specified in the position description; six months of previous Central Supply experience is also listed as an alternative qualification.
- Schedule: Rotating shift; 8-hour shifts; minimum 40 hours per week; scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation.
- Additional Information: 13-week assignment with phone and panel interview options. Panel interviews are scheduled for 30 minutes.
