Operating Room Tech / Interim Sterile Processing Manager

Job Summary Interim Sterile Processing Manager. The position provides leadership for sterile processing operations in a hospital setting and supports related operational and financial analysis. The assignment requires substantial sterile processing experience, leadership experience, and a qualifying sterile processing certification or equivalent education and experience. Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) through the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association, or certification as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Specialist (CSPDS) through The Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution, or certification as a Certified Sterile Processing Manager (CSPM) through The Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution; 3 years of leadership experience; 5 years of sterile processing experience in a hospital setting; a bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience with financial analysis, reports, and sterile processing functions is required.
• Assignment Period: 11/16/2026 through 02/13/2027.
