Job Summary Endoscopy Technician, ENDO LAB - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position supports outpatient diagnostic procedures in a medical patient setting. Responsibilities include assisting with endoscopic procedures, specimen-related tasks, therapeutic interventions, and endoscope reprocessing. Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. Weekend coverage may be required.
- Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as an Endoscopy Technician; demonstrated ability to support esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, biopsy, polypectomy, PEG tube placement, hemostasis, dilations, foreign body removal, and endoscope reprocessing.
- Additional Information:
- Supports outpatient diagnostic procedures.
- Assists with esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy.
- Performs or supports biopsy, polypectomy, PEG tube placement, hemostasis, dilations, and foreign body removal.
- Completes endoscope reprocessing activities.
- Provides care support for medical patients.
