Endoscopy Tech / Endoscopy Technician

Job Summary Endoscopy Technician, ENDO LAB - Oconomowoc, WI. This position supports gastrointestinal and endoscopic procedures, including upper and lower gastrointestinal procedures, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, bronchoscopy, and vasectomy procedures. Responsibilities include preparing patients, supporting pre- and post-procedure care, scrubbing cases, and assisting with sedation and telemetry monitoring. Job Details

• Required Qualifications: At least one year of endoscopy experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography experience.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts; 10-hour shifts; minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role supports approximately four patients per staff member in the pre- and post-procedure area. Experience with pre- and post-procedure care, sedation, telemetry interpretation, and scrubbing procedures is expected. Weekend rotation and on-call coverage may be required, including one weeknight every two weeks and one weekend approximately every eight weeks. A 30-minute response time may apply. Float rotation may include day surgery or a pain clinic.
