Job Summary Xray Technologist, XRAY TECH - The Xray Technologist performs routine and complex X-ray examinations and assists with fluoroscopy procedures in a fast-paced acute care environment. The role requires strong patient care and communication skills, with the ability to support adult and geriatric patients and trauma-related imaging needs. Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Registered Technologist certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Texas license in hand; minimum of 1 year of experience; demonstrated ability to independently perform routine and complex X-ray examinations and assist with fluoroscopy procedures.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing portable and bedside procedures, trauma imaging, emergency department imaging, contrast procedures, and routine imaging of the chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, and other anatomical regions. The role supports patients in adult and geriatric age groups and requires experience in a fast-paced acute care environment. Familiarity with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Epic and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is required.
