Job Summary CT Technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) is needed for a day-shift assignment. The role supports a moderately busy imaging department serving primarily outpatient and Emergency Room patients, with responsibilities spanning CT, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and select Operating Room procedures. Job Details

• Required Qualifications: ARRT-CT certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; fluoroscopy permit in hand before submission; compact license in hand at submission; at least 2 years of experience; community hospital experience; and experience working in an Operating Room setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Adult acute care and adult intensive care experience; experience with thoracentesis and paracentesis.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The technologist will work in CT and X-ray fluoroscopy within a full-service imaging department. Clinical responsibilities may include outpatient and Emergency Room imaging, Operating Room cases such as pacemaker and orthopedic procedures, portables, C-arm procedures, extremity imaging, abdomen and gastrointestinal studies, fluoroscopy studies, enema studies, and surgery C-arm procedures. Experience with contrast preparation and administration, peripheral intravenous starts, vascular computed tomography angiography, musculoskeletal trauma, biopsies, drainage procedures, myelography, colonography, arthrography, and multiplanar reconstruction may be utilized.
