Job Summary CT Technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) imaging, general radiography, and fluoroscopy. • Required Qualifications: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT); Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; fluoroscopy license when operating fluoroscopy equipment in California; venipuncture certification when performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials in California.
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology; advanced CT certification in California; experience supporting multiple imaging modalities, including CT, general radiography, and operating room imaging.
• Schedule: Night shifts are scheduled for 8 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Operates CT equipment and performs general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures. Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images, transfers images through the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and teleradiology systems, maintains image and patient data integrity in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, performs routine equipment maintenance and calibration, and manages imaging supply inventory.
