Job Summary Technologist, CT Technologist, Philadelphia, PA. The position provides patient care under the direction of a licensed physician while applying established clinical methods and techniques. • Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multistate Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 1 year of experience in the area of clinical specialty.

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician.
• Applies principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice.
• Uses the nursing process to coordinate individualized patient care.

• Directs nursing support staff in accordance with nursing practice standards and applicable departmental policies and procedures.
• Additional specialty-specific education, training, or certifications may be required.
