We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Allocation Liberty 52 - 44% Liberty 53 - 56%

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
