Location: Norfolk, VA Clearance: Secret Type: Full-time, Remote Salary Starting: $60,000

JOB DESCRIPTION

Critical Solutions is seeking a Programmer to support our federal customer.

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and manage web-based, multi-user solutions, documenting and auditing personnel training, schedules, and permissions.
• Use latest web development technologies and practices for review of customized reports and views that reduce management efforts.
• Facilitate creation of access-related work processes and provide Government insight into their personnel groups and permissions.
• Use best practices in code development and documentation at an organization's enterprise level.
• Oversee development of extensible searching capability, customized reports and statistics, export features, history/event tracking system, and Microsoft SharePoint Web-part integration and Microsoft Active Directory (AD) integration.
• Manage .NET, SQL server, and ASP.NET applications.
• Operate SQL server and need knowledge of HTML, CSS, C# and Java Script.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification required prior to onboarding and must maintain certification
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3
• Experience with Full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as web development.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, C# and Java Script

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification required prior to onboarding and must maintain certification
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. In addition, selected candidate must undergo background investigation (BI) and finger printing by the federal agency and successfully pass the preceding to qualify for the position. US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

CRITICAL SOLUTIONS PAY AND BENEFITS:

Salary starting $60,000.Salary range may vary depending on location. The salary range for this position represent the typical salary range for this job level and this does not guarantee a specific salary. Compensation is based upon multiple factors such as responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and other requirements.
