Creekside Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

• 7:00am–3:00pm Full Time & Part Time
• 3:00pm–11:00pm Full Time & Part Time
• 11:00pm–7:00am Full Time & Part Time Shift differentials available!

Responsibilities:

· Provide nursing care to long-term care residents · Administer medications and treatments as ordered · Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams · Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

· Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license · Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required) · New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
