Entry Level Machine Operator

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Entry-Level Machine Operator to assist with production. This position is ideal for candidates with previous machine operating experience, basic mechanical skills, and a willingness to learn. Candidates who have performed basic maintenance on their own vehicles, such as oil changes, or have experience working with tools and machinery are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance as trained.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report machine issues or production defects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Stand and remain active throughout the entire shift while meeting production goals.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with an interest in equipment and tools.
• Basic mechanical maintenance experience, such as performing oil changes, is a plus.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

Compensation: $16–$18.50 per hour, depending on shift and experience.
