Crafty Cue LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team in Middletown, Delaware. We create personalized party favors and event products that are shipped to customers nationwide.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply vinyl and printed stickers to cups and other personalized products
- Assemble party favors and decorations according to order specifications
- Carefully inspect finished products for placement, alignment, and overall quality
- Follow work orders and established production procedures
- Keep products and materials organized while completing orders
- Assist with banners, cupcake toppers, stickers, labels, and other products as trained
- Help with light packing, organizing, and other production tasks as needed
What We\'re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and comfort performing hands-on work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain quality while working at a steady pace
- No previous production experience required; paid training is provided
Schedule: Part-time daytime hours, typically MondayWednesday, 12:00 PM4:00 PM. Additional Thursday and Friday hours may be available depending on order volume and business needs.
Pay: \$15.00 per hour. Paid training. Weekly pay via direct deposit.
Location: Middletown, Delaware. This is an in-person position and is not remote.
