About the Position

Central Costa County Sanitary District is seeking a Planning and Optimization Division Manager. As the Planning and Optimization Division Manager, you have the opportunity to influence infrastructure and environmental services across a diverse and highly developed portion of the East Bay - not just a single community. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of wastewater engineering, innovation, operations, and long-term infrastructure planning. As part of a collaborative team, you'll help shape the capital investments and improvements that define Central San's future. This is a highly visible management role with significant influence over Central San’s long-term capital improvement roadmap and operational performance. The division provides strategic leadership and technical direction for long-range planning, innovation, asset management, process control, and the planning and design of strategic projects across the collection, treatment, and resource recovery systems.
