About the Position The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo is seeking to build a pool of talented housing professionals who are passionate about affordable housing, innovative program administration, and community support. Selected candidates from this pool will fill two leadership roles within the agency as Housing Programs Managers, reporting directly to the Executive Director and overseeing a variety of essential rental assistance programs. Each Housing Programs Manager (HPM) will be assigned oversight of different divisions, which can include Housing Choice Vouchers, Project-Based Vouchers, Moving to Work, Family Self-Sufficiency, HUD-VASH, and Permanent Supportive Housing. Supplemental Information CPS HR Consulting is assisting HACSM with recruitment and hiring activities. Any successful candidate will be a full-time, permanent employee of HACSM and not an employee of CPS HR or the County of San Mateo.
