  • The Enterprise Risk Analyst must assess and escalate risks objectively, even when findings face resistance. Describe a specific situation where you maintained a recommendation despite pushback. What was the situation, who was involved, what did you do, and what - if anything - did not go as expected? What would you do differently?
  • This role requires more than task completion - it requires identifying opportunities and proactively recommending improvements. Describe a specific time you received an assignment, recognized it needed a better approach, and acted on it. What did you identify, what did you recommend or change, what resistance did you encounter, and what was the outcome?
  • Enterprise risk management requires continuous learning and the ability to pivot when direction shifts. Describe a specific example where you independently sought out new knowledge in your field and applied it to your work. Then describe a separate time when you had to quickly adapt to a significant change in priorities or direction. For both, describe where you struggled and what you would do differently.
  • This role operates in a fast-changing environment with minimal supervision across multiple cross-functional assignments. Describe a specific time you were given a complex assignment with little to no direction and no established process. How did you approach it, where did you struggle, and what would you do differently today? Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
  • Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, analytical ability, and critical thinking.
  • Strong English grammar, spelling, proofing, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and apply new concepts.
  • Comfortable presenting information to small and large audiences that include participants from all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and ability to learn and use Visio and Access.
