- Provide technical support during major maintenance outages, turnarounds, equipment rebuilds, and capital improvement projects.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors, contractors, and engineering resources to perform failure analyses, obtain technical recommendations, and evaluate replacement or upgrade options.
- Support vessel inspections, repair plans, alterations, and other equipment integrity activities in accordance with applicable standards and site requirements.
- Evaluate corrective actions to ensure improvements deliver measurable reliability and availability benefits and leverage successful solutions across the site where appropriate.
- Review and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), equipment records, and spare parts inventories to ensure accuracy and adequate support for reliability objectives.
- Apply reliability and lifecycle cost principles to spare parts selection, inventory optimization, purchasing requirements, and equipment replacement decisions.
- Ensure equipment-specific training materials, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation are developed, maintained, and readily available.
- Serve as a technical resource for Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Technicians, Operations personnel, and Area Business Teams.
- Participate in plant health assessments and implement reliability improvement actions to maintain and improve overall asset health.
- Support maintenance budgeting, capital planning, and reliability improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide maintenance and reliability input to CorePD, capital projects, and new equipment installations to ensure reliability is designed into systems from inception.
- Participate in site and corporate reliability networks and share best practices across the organization.
