Scrum Master Location: Columbia, SC Job Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite Pay Rate: $55/hr Start Date: 05/29/2026 Client: Direct Client### Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a direct client engagement in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing hybrid project environments, and working with Azure DevOps and Agile project management tools.This role requires excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support project delivery and collaboration across teams. ### Responsibilities * Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies * Guide Agile teams through Scrum methodologies and best practices * Manage project activities using Azure DevOps and Agile project management tools * Support hybrid project management environments (Agile + Waterfall) * Track project progress, risks, and deliverables * Collaborate with development, business, and leadership teams * Assist with backlog management and sprint prioritization * Support database querying and programming-related project activities * Remove blockers and facilitate team productivity * Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives### Required Qualifications * 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master * 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps * 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies * 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools * 3+ years of experience with hybrid project management (Agile + Waterfall) * 3+ years of experience with database querying and programming * Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills### Preferred Qualifications * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification * Government project experience * ERP system experienceApply today to join a collaborative and fast-paced project environment supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
