SAP Project Manager (Kronos) Columbia, SC (Hybrid 4 days remote, 1 day onsite) Contract | $65/hr Start Date: 05/28/2026 Direct Client### Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager (Kronos) to lead a public sector SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing full-cycle SAP implementations with a focus on Kronos Workforce Management systems. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery in a public sector environment * Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables * Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders * Oversee Kronos Workforce Management integration and implementation activities * Ensure alignment with client requirements and government standards * Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders### Required Qualifications * 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience in the public sector * 3+ years of full-cycle SAP public sector implementations * Strong hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Management systems * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Proven ability to manage complex enterprise-level projects### Education & Certification * PMP Certification required### Additional Details * Client: Direct Client Engagement * Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid 4 days remote / 1 day onsite) * Contract Type: Long-term Contract * Pay Rate: $65/hour * Start Date: 05/28/2026
