Lead Cleaner – Evening Shift | Arlington, TX

$16.00/hour | Monday–Friday | 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Corporate Cleaning Group is hiring a reliable, motivated Lead Cleaner to join our team at a school in Arlington, TX!

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys leading a team. If you have commercial cleaning experience, strong leadership skills, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll help coordinate the nightly cleaning crew, ensure high cleaning standards, and actively participate in daily cleaning tasks.

Schedule & Pay

• Location: Arlington, TX
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• 20 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the nightly cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Assign cleaning responsibilities and coordinate daily workloads.
• Train and guide team members on cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor team attendance and communicate with the Night Manager.
• Perform quality inspections and address any areas that need improvement.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Ensure the facility is properly locked and secured at the end of each shift.
• Perform assigned cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, disinfecting surfaces, and restocking supplies.

What We're Looking For

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also motivating and supporting a team.
• Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift and lift up to 10 lbs.
