Floating Custodian

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a reliable floating custodian to join our team.

We are seeking an energetic and adaptable person to handle a dynamic schedule covering a variety of client accounts on a evening basis.

Pay & Compensation

• Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Paid drive time plus gas stipend
• Vehicle Perk: Company vehicle access available for site-to-site travel ( Cleaning driving record required)

Schedule & Hours

• Monday through Friday (No weekends or holiday shifts!)
• Usual start time of 6:00 PM
• Average of 6 hours per night
• Approximately 30 hours per week

Service Region

Wyoming and Kentwood area.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned facilities to perform routine custodian tasks such as trash removel, restroom cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Maintain clear communication with operations management staff regarding issues and any site concerns.
• Strictly adhere to account cleaning protocols and nighlty checklists.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license AND reliable transporation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to pass standard background check
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, and perform facility care tasks throughout the shift.
• Maintain professional standards by wearing uniform and displaying photo badge across all client accounts
