About the Role
Tilray Brands is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager for an 18-month contract to lead the ERP implementation from solution verification through go-live and stabilization.
This is a delivery leadership role, not a project coordination role. The successful candidate will own the integrated plan, budget, risks, dependencies, and implementation partner performance, with clear accountability for keeping the program on time, on budget, and focused on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own the end-to-end implementation plan, critical path, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Drive execution across business, IT, and partner teams with clear owners and deadlines.
- Identify risks and issues early, drive resolution, and escalate decisions that threaten scope, timeline, or budget.
- Coordinate design, data migration, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and stabilization.
Budget, Scope & Partner Management
- Own budget tracking, forecasting, and partner effort against estimates.
- Run disciplined scope and change control; challenge changes and assumptions that add cost or complexity.
- Hold the implementation partner accountable to the Statement of Work, deliverables, timeline, and budget.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain project governance, including RAID log, decision tracking, ITSM, SOX, and go/no-go criteria.
- Provide concise executive reporting on project health, financials, risks, and required decisions.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, with significant ERP implementation leadership.
- Led at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations through go-live and stabilization.
- Proven management of budgets, schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, and change control.
- Strong systems integrator and vendor management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to recover projects that are behind schedule or over budget.
- Clear, confident communication with senior leadership.
Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification.
- Experience in CPG, beverage, manufacturing, distribution, or another regulated industry.
What Success Looks Like
- Milestones achieved predictably, with budget actively controlled and forecast.
- Scope changes and risks surfaced and decided before they impact cost or schedule.
- Partner and internal teams operating with clear deliverables and accountability.
- Beer Business goes live with the solution, data, users, and support model ready.
Why Join Tilray This role offers ownership of a high-visibility ERP program, with the mandate to bring strong delivery discipline and deliver measurable business value through standardization, governance, and cost control.
