Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Foxglove Wellness & Rehabilitation – Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Location: Ankeny, IA Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts weekly (Day & Night Shifts Available) Compensation: Competitive hourly rates Foxglove Wellness & Rehabilitation is a newly acquired Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living Community committed to elevating resident care through compassion, clinical excellence, and teamwork. We are building a refreshed, supportive culture and seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs who are passionate about serving older adults. Your Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ conditions, assess needs, and respond with timely, high‑quality clinical care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring, respectful, and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Perform routine nursing procedures including vital signs, injections, wound care, treatments, and documentation.
• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders.
• Maintain clear, timely charting to support quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Support residents and families with education, reassurance, and exceptional customer service.
