Bench Worker

Cornerstone Construction & Design LLC is seeking an experienced Bench Worker to join our custom millwork team in Woburn, MA. This position is ideal for a skilled woodworker with experience fabricating custom cabinetry and architectural millwork from shop drawings. The successful candidate will produce high-quality work, maintain excellent attention to detail, and contribute to a safe and efficient production environment . Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings. Measure, cut, assemble, and fabricate custom cabinets and millwork from raw materials. Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Build custom cabinetry and millwork to precise specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cabinet making, millwork, or bench work. Proven ability to fabricate custom cabinets from scratch. Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints. Strong woodworking skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English. High School Diploma or GED. Valid Class D Driver\'s License. Driving record background check required. Previous professional experience in this position is required
