What You’ll Do The IT Help Desk Supervisor bridges the gap between frontline IT technicians and business stakeholders. The role focuses on optimizing support efficiency, enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and cultivating a customer-first support culture. What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required

Background & Experience Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology or a related field, or 6 years of Help Desk experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Why Join Us
