WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Subway Team Member, you'll help provide excellent customer service while keeping restaurant operations running smoothly.

• Prepare Food: Make fresh sandwiches, wraps, and other Subway menu items according to customer orders.
• Serve Customers: Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the Register: Accurately process cash, credit card, and other customer payments.
• Maintain Food Safety: Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Restock Supplies: Keep ingredients, packaging, and workstations stocked and organized.
• Complete Closing Duties: Clean equipment, sanitize surfaces, restock supplies, and prepare the restaurant for the next day.
• Support Your Team: Work together during busy periods to provide fast, accurate service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

• Availability to work 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM, including weekends.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine restaurant tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fast food, restaurants, food service, or retail.
• Experience operating a cash register or POS system.
• Experience with restaurant closing procedures.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
