Your Impact
- Work alongside the leadership team to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including Front of House and Back of House
- Lead daily operations while maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and team performance
- Coach, train, and develop Team Members to help build a strong, high-performing team
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in your leadership abilities and understanding of the business
- Help improve restaurant systems, training processes, and overall operational efficiency
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings and contribute to the restaurant's goals and continued growth
Background Profile
- Previous leadership or management experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example
- High level of personal accountability, initiative, and ownership
- Comfortable working hands-on in daily restaurant operations
- Coachable, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
- Passion for coaching, developing people, and building strong teams
