Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Shift Lead to join our growing leadership team at Chick-fil-A South Dothan. This hands-on leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, leading high-performing teams, and taking ownership of daily restaurant operations.

You'll work alongside an experienced Owner/Operator who is passionate about investing in his people, both personally and professionally. Previous Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership experience, a growth mindset, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Your Impact

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, safety, speed, and accuracy
• Set the tone for a positive, high-performing kitchen team
• Coach, train, and develop team members into future leaders
• Position team members effectively and adjust throughout the shift based on business needs
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Lead with calmness, urgency, and clear communication during high-volume periods
• Hold team members accountable while building strong, trusting relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, efficiency, and team performance
• Model Chick-fil-A East Dothan / South Dothan's values and leadership expectations

Background Profile

• 2+ years of leadership experience (Required)
• Opening availability OR Closing availability, open availability preferred but not required
• Restaurant leadership experience is preferred but not required
