• Responsible for daily supervision including practical field leadership of jobs, assuring that project instructions and technical specifications are accurately followed.
• Observe the construction project and make technical suggestions concerning work procedures and materials.
• Responsible for completion of all necessary job site paperwork including time and material timesheets, confined space entry and others.
• Meet regularly with customer throughout completion of the job specifications. Responsible for notifying the site Supervisor of any problems or additional work orders.
• Apply insulation / Refractory material on various applications with hand tools such as saw, hammer and crimper ect.
• Removal of old insulation / refractory material.
• Prepare insulation blankets / Refractory materials for installation on various applications.
• Train Helpers and Insulators on insulation / Refractory applications.
• Responsible for general housekeeping duties at job site including repairing tools, maintaining job trailer including organizing uniforms and safety supplies.
