Consultis Search Group is partnering with a Houston-based finance, accounting & IT staffing and executive search firm on a confidential search for an experienced agency recruiter. This is a boutique built for producers: nearly two decades in the Houston market, relationships with practically every company of substance in the city, and a recruiting team that averages 10 years of experience. Now they're growing, and pushing deeper into executive-level search. They want you in the middle of it.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and place finance, accounting and technology professionals across direct hire and contract.
• Help build a growing executive search practice: Controller, VP Finance, CFO, IT Director and CIO-level searches.
• Own searches end to end, from intake to offer to start date.
• Talk money early and often, so your offers hold.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with a long-tenured team where wins are shared and leads get passed, not hoarded.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of agency recruiting at a search or staffing firm (corporate TA alone won't fit this seat).
• Real finance and accounting fluency, enough to screen a Senior Accountant against an SEC Reporting Manager with confidence.
• A production story you can tell from memory: placements, average fee, fill ratio.
• An appetite for commission upside. You like being paid for what you produce.
• Houston-based and ready to be in the office. Remote within Texas may be considered for the right person.

Bonus Points

• Executive or retained search experience at the Director, VP or C-suite level.
• Experience with client relationships.
• IT or HR recruiting alongside F&A.
• A deep Houston network of finance, accounting or IT talent.
