Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including traffic, drainage, structures, utilities, lighting, landscape, and environmental professionals.
Support project delivery by assisting with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and quality control reviews.
Prepare technical reports, design memoranda, calculations, and supporting documentation.
Participate in client meetings, stakeholder coordination efforts, and project workshops.
Assist with proposal development, technical approaches, scope writing, and fee estimates.
Support the successful delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
Participate in mentoring, technical training, and professional development opportunities.

Required Credentials

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
6+ years of roadway or transportation engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or the ability to obtain PE licensure within 6 months.
Experience applying AASHTO, CDOT, and local agency roadway design criteria.
Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or comparable roadway design software (Civil 3D preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Additional Preferred Qualifications (not required)

Experience delivering PS&E packages for municipal, county, or state transportation projects.
Previous consulting experience supporting public-sector clients.
Familiarity with project development procedures, design manuals, and standards for clients along the Front Range.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work products.
Interest in developing leadership, mentorship, and project management skills.
