Summary:

CED is looking for a team member to work in a warehouse environment that services the electrical industry. We are a wholesale electrical distributor who sells to contractors, businesses, and the general public. Applicants should be comfortable working in and around a warehouse. This position entails receiving merchandise, stocking material, order fulfillment, order delivery, and some sales.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Highschool or equivalent education
• Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist
• Ability to operate a forklift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical knowledge highly preferred

Working Conditions:

Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures, and safely navigate uneven terrain when making deliveries to jobsites.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Pick and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Safely load delivery vehicles and make on-time deliveries to local customers.
• Represent our team professionally at every customer stop.
• Handle delivery paperwork and communicate any issues back to the team.
• Provide support at the sales counter as needed:
• Greet customers and assist with order pickups.
• Answer basic questions about electrical products and availability.
• Help maintain a clean, well-stocked counter and showroom area.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects.
• Follow all safety guidelines for vehicle operation, warehouse work, and customer interactions.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $18 to $20 hourly.
