Original job description
About Conduit Conduit is an AI agent platform purpose-built for hospitality. Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day across more than 100,000 properties. We have raised about $20M. Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do. Role: Product Marketer You are Conduit's first full-time marketer. You own product marketing and the channels that turn it into qualified pipeline. Your target is $XXm pipeline generated in 6 months. Reach and engagement show you what to fix, but they are not the goal. Why this role is different
- You work in short cycles. You ship a small version in days, read the numbers, and change the next version that week.
- You do the work yourself, with AI tools, a GTM engineer and freelancers. You will not have a team on day one.
- You work straight from the product and from customers. You sit with the engineers who build the agents, and you talk to operators yourself.
What the work looks like
- Positioning and messaging by segment, starting with short-term rental property managers with 50 or more listings.
- Product launches, including Overwatch, our managed service: announcements, demos and the plan to turn each launch into qualified conversations.
- Customer stories. Call customers, find what changed for them, and turn it into case studies.
- Sales enablement that reps use: first-call decks, one-pagers and competitive battlecards.
- Email and nurture programs for prospects and existing customers.
- Webinars, dinners and conferences, from target account list through sales follow-up.
- The founders' LinkedIn, and content that helps buyers find us in search and AI answers.
- Measurement. You own the pipeline numbers, decide how we count them, double down on what works and stop what does not.
Who you are
- You have 5+ years in tech or startups, including 2+ in product marketing and 2+ in B2B SaaS.
- You are analytical. You can do the math from a pipeline target back through the funnel, and you let the results decide what happens next.
- You move fast. You act before a plan is perfect and change course quickly.
- You write well, and you can explain a technical product in the words a buyer uses.
- You can point to pipeline or customer behavior that changed because of your own work.
- Nice to have: hospitality, customer support or AI tooling experience.
- This role is in person in San Francisco, 4 to 5 days a week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; we generally do not sponsor visas.
Compensation and Benefits
- $150K to $200K base
- 0.03% to 0.10% equity
- Comprehensive health insurance and 401k match
- Dinner covered every day
Interview Process
- Intro call with Punn (15 min). The elevator pitch for your last launch or campaign.
- Project deep dive with Punn (60 min). One launch or campaign you owned end to end, then how you would diagnose Conduit.
- Onsite in San Francisco (3 hours), with no take-homes. Use any AI tools you normally use. A launch working session with Punn, a customer story with Emily, and a growth and demand plan on our funnel data with Cole.
- References, run alongside the onsite.
