Jr. Business Analyst

CTG is seeking to fill a Jr. Business Analyst position for our client.

Location: Anchorage, AK Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Project Manager and business users to document business processes and system procedures.
• Create and update workflow and swim lane diagrams, responsibility matrices, and process documentation.
• Review and update existing procedures related to data entry, processing, reporting, and other system activities.
• Assist with transitioning procedures and documentation from legacy systems to the new application.
• Support user training on new functionality and business processes.
• Assign and track web-based training activities and maintain training records.
• Assist with recurring departmental training sessions as needed.
• Work with project team members to identify documentation and training needs as new functionality is released.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Junior-level business analysis, process documentation, or application support experience.
• Experience creating procedures, workflows, or training materials.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications preferred.
• Experience with AMCS Platform/AMCS Tower or solid waste operations is a plus.

Schedule:

Work schedule may vary based on application releases, training needs, and project activities.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
