Job description

We are looking for a reliable and organized person to join our team and take responsibility for managing and listing our excess inventory to our eBay account.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and seeing their work directly contribute to sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Organize products that are ready to be listed.
• Create a list of products and photos needed for our product photographer.
• Create accurate and professional eBay listings once photos are completed.
• Let management know when listings are ready for final pricing and approval.
• Complete and publish approved listings.
• Keep listed products organized and stored properly so they can be easily found.
• When an item sells, pull the correct product from inventory and prepare it for shipping.
• Keep the listings and inventory process moving smoothly.
• Help maintain a strong selection of active listings to drive sales.

What We're Looking For:

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Very Good computer skills.
• Able to manage and keep track of inventory.
• eBay and e-commerce experience is REQUIRED
• Motivated individual to help grow sales.

Whippany NJ location

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Compensation is based on experience.
