Seasonal Embroidery Designer

The Seasonal Embroidery Designer is responsible for preparing, organizing, and processing customer personalization orders for embroidery production. This role involves converting customer-provided artwork and order files into embroidery-ready designs using HATCH digitizing software, ensuring personalization details are accurate, and communicating essential order information to the production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with computer software, and able to manage multiple orders while prioritizing time-sensitive requests. This position plays an important role in maintaining an efficient production workflow by ensuring embroidery files are properly prepared, order details are clearly communicated, and urgent orders are processed in a timely manner.
