RN Unit Manager (Must have an RN License) Complete Care Full-Time 1st Shift+ MOD every other month
Qualifications of an RN Unit Manager
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university,
- An active/ valid NJ (RN) Registered Nurse license; Must have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an RN.
- Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management.
- Current CPR Certification.
Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be a pivotal leader, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the efficient operation of your assigned unit.
Your comprehensive responsibilities will include:
- Individualized Patient Assessment:
- Staff, Patient, and Family Education
- Progress Tracking and Compliance
- Interdisciplinary Coordination
- Staff Supervision and Oversight
- Regular Nursing Rounds
- Compliance Assurance
- Performance Evaluation and Coaching
- Resource Management
- Conflict Resolution
- Other Duties as Assigned
