Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: This position provides supervision and leadership to the Compeer Home Solutions and Data and Reporting teams. Manages the process of system configuration and enhancements, project prioritization, and coordination of priorities on behalf of Compeer Home\'s technology suite. Oversees business intelligence and reporting, managing day to day analysis of data and reporting for the benefit of the Compeer Home department. Quality controls and reporting on behalf of the department and leads review functions. Provides leadership to mortgage price desk function.
