We're seeking energetic, friendly, and guest-focused Restaurant Greeters who love connecting with people and creating exceptional first impressions. Job Summary As a Restaurant Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the restaurant experience within Netflix House. You will set the tone for each visit by delivering a warm welcome, managing guest flow, coordinating seating, and ensuring every guest feels valued and excited about their dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy engaging with guests, and understand that outstanding hospitality begins with an exceptional greeting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically while embodying Levy's hospitality culture.
• Manage guest arrivals, wait lists, reservations, and seating assignments efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate table seating to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the immersive and entertaining experience of Netflix House.
• Communicate wait times accurately and proactively keep guests informed.
• Escort guests to tables and provide an overview of the dining experience when appropriate.
• Assist guests with questions regarding menus, dining options, attractions, and amenities throughout Netflix House.
• Support restaurant operations by assisting with guest flow, queue management, and special events.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary staff, bartenders, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready entrance and host stand areas.
• Assist with light dining room support, including table resets and guest assistance as needed.
• Help onboard and support new team members by modeling service excellence and hospitality standards.
• Uphold all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, attractions, or guest services preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to remain organized and composed during busy service periods.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
