Patient Services Manager | Jacksonville, FL Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our patient dining team in an acute care hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is an opportunity to build a strong team, deliver exceptional service, and help make each patient’s hospital stay a little more comfortable. If you enjoy coaching people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming service experience, we’d love to connect. Foodservice and hospitality leaders with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Acute care experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals meet medical direction, dietary requirements, and patient needs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team that takes pride in providing caring, reliable service.
• Work with clinical teams to accommodate special diets and food preferences within prescribed guidelines.
• Drive patient satisfaction through responsive service, team accountability, and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain compliance with foodservice regulations, accreditation standards, HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights policies.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and hospital quality improvement programs.

What You’ll Bring

• An associate degree with at least one year of experience in foodservice or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in foodservice technology, management, or a related field.
• At least one year of foodservice management experience preferred, ideally in an acute care setting.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietetic Technician, or Registered Dietitian credential preferred.
• ServSafe certification desirable.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
