Executive Chef – East Alabama Market

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high-volume culinary operation in the East Alabama market. This role is ideal for a chef who loves leading teams, driving quality, managing costs, and creating a great food experience - while also looking for strong benefits, career growth, and better work/life balance than a traditional restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team
• Oversee daily culinary production, service, safety, and sanitation
• Create menus and support new culinary programs and promotions
• Manage purchasing, inventory, food cost, labor, and account expenses
• Partner with operations, marketing, and culinary leadership
• Maintain consistent quality and execution in a high-volume environment
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong food quality and presentation

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of culinary management experience
• Strong high-volume production and catering background
• Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, and financial controls
• Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams
• Culinary degree preferred
• Hands-on leadership style with a desire to continue growing
