As a Bar Back, you will be an essential member of the food and beverage team, ensuring bartenders have the products, supplies, and support needed to deliver outstanding service. From stocking inventory and preparing garnishes to maintaining cleanliness and organization, you'll help create a seamless guest experience while supporting Levy's commitment to operational excellence. We're seeking motivated, energetic, and team-oriented Bar Backs who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in supporting an exceptional beverage program and guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by replenishing beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies throughout each shift.
• Retrieve beverage products, food items, and supplies from storage areas and distribute them to bar locations as needed.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, mixers, and ingredients to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Assist in setting up bars before service and completing breakdown and closing procedures after service.
• Ensure beer taps, beverage stations, and bar equipment are functioning properly.
• Maintain organization and presentation of bar displays, beverage inventory, and service areas.
• Bus bar tables and remove used glassware and service items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout bar and lounge areas, including countertops, workstations, refrigeration units, floors, and equipment.
• Remove trash and recycling while ensuring guest-facing areas remain clean and inviting.
• Assist bartenders with beverage preparation and service when appropriate and permitted.
• Support special events, VIP experiences, themed activations, and peak operating periods within Netflix House.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, culinary teams, and leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol awareness, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support all aspects of the operation.
• Ability to lift and transport beverage cases, ice, and supplies safely.
• Interest in hospitality, beverage operations, or advancing into bartending roles.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
