$55/Hour | Outpatient + Home Care | Flexible Weekdays
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for PRN therapists to join our Admit-to-Discharge team!
What We Offer
$55/hour
Flexible Monday-Friday scheduling, 7 AM-6 PM
Outpatient and home care patients
Follow patients from evaluation through discharge
Build a caseload around your availability
Supportive, therapist-led team
What We're Looking For
Active Illinois therapy license
Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to learn TheraOffice and Homecare Homebase
