• Provide the highest level of Service Excellence to businesses and individual customers, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality refers to other bankers as appropriate. Manage a cash drawer/recycler and perform other teller functions as assigned. Ensure all activities are performed according to bank policies and regulations.

▲ Operate cash drawer/recycler with high level or accuracy ▲ Process customer financial transactions including deposit and loan business ▲ Accepts checks for cashing or paying; verifies endorsement, validity, and funds ▲ Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality referrals to other bankers when appropriate ▲ Refers large or unusual transactions to a more experienced teller or banker ▲ Sells money orders, cashier’s checks, and processes cash advances ▲ Processes U.S. savings bonds for payment ▲ Answer phones, greet customers, and assist with directing lobby traffic as needed ▲ Perform ATM responsibilities as outlined by manager ▲ Ability to maintain established cash handling standards ▲ Consistently follows established bank policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines ▲ Demonstrates Service Excellence in all customer interactions ▲ Maintains work areas according to branch standards or other established security procedures ▲ All other duties as assigned
